Driven by a geared reduction motor,the multi‑chamber rotor runs at a stable low speed inside the housing.Materials from upper hoppers or dust‑collector hoppers fill the rotor pockets.As the rotor rotates,filled pockets move toward the discharge port,and materials are discharged downward by gravity.Meanwhile,the small clearance between rotor blades and inner housing wall forms a dynamic sealing barrier.It stops cross‑leakage of airflow:outside air cannot enter the negative‑pressure dust chamber,and positive‑pressure conveying gas cannot flow backward to the silo side.This enables continuous material feeding without breaking the pressure balance of the whole system.

The housing is available in ductile iron,carbon steel and stainless steel to adapt to different material properties.For highly abrasive media such as mineral dust,cement powder and sharp‑edged particles,wear‑resistant surfacing,hardened rotor blades and protective lining can be selected to extend service life.Inlet and outlet adopt square or round flange standards for convenient docking with baghouses,cyclones and storage bins.Bearings and shaft seals are externally mounted,isolated from fine dust,which effectively reduces wear and avoids material leakage.Custom options cover general‑purpose,anti‑clog,high‑temperature and explosion‑proof models for complex working conditions.
