The Straight Through Pulse Valve,also known as straight-type pulse jet diaphragm valve,is a specialized pneumatic control component tailored for standard baghouse and cartridge dust collector pulse cleaning systems.Differing fundamentally from right-angle and submerged pulse valves,it features a unique 180°straight-line inlet and outlet structure,forming a fully linear airflow channel without angular resistance.As a mainstream type of solenoid-driven diaphragm pulse valve,it converts electrical pulse signals from the pulse controller into instantaneous high-pressure compressed air jets.Widely utilized in global industrial dust removal systems,it is favored for its smooth airflow,low air loss and simple piping layout,serving as a core blowing component to ensure continuous and efficient operation of dust filtration equipment.

The working principle of the straight through pulse valve follows mature diaphragm pressure difference actuation,consistent with standard pulse valves but optimized for linear airflow transmission.Under normal standby conditions,the solenoid pilot valve remains closed,and compressed air fully fills the front and rear chambers of the valve body.Balanced air pressure tightly presses the high-elastic diaphragm against the valve seat,achieving complete sealing and zero invalid air leakage.When the pulse controller transmits an electric signal,the solenoid coil energizes instantly to open the pilot exhaust orifice.The pressure in the rear diaphragm chamber drops rapidly,creating a significant pressure difference between the front and rear chambers.This pressure difference lifts the diaphragm quickly,allowing high-pressure compressed air to surge straight through the linear channel into the blowpipe.The straight-through design eliminates airflow turning resistance,delivering stronger and more stable jet airflow to thoroughly blow away dust adhering to filter bags and cartridges.Once the electric signal terminates,the pilot valve resets,rear chamber pressure recovers,and the diaphragm seals the valve port,completing a full millisecond-level pulse cleaning cycle.

The core advantages of the straight through pulse valve stem from its streamlined structural design and reliable diaphragm performance.Its straight-line airflow passage greatly reduces turbulent resistance and air pressure loss compared to right-angle valves,improving air jet efficiency and effectively lowering overall compressed air consumption.The core wearable diaphragm adopts high-strength reinforced rubber or composite PTFE material,featuring excellent anti-fatigue,wear-resistant and aging-resistant properties.It can withstand millions of frequent opening and closing cycles without deformation or damage,ensuring long-term stable operation and reducing equipment maintenance frequency and costs.The integral precision-cast valve body boasts compact rigidity and superior sealing performance,maintaining nearly zero air leakage within the standard working pressure range.Additionally,the simple and symmetrical structure enables faster response and more consistent blowing intensity,delivering uniform dust cleaning effects for all filter elements in the dust collector system.

Straight through pulse valves are mainly classified into threaded connection specifications,with common models including DMF-T series to meet conventional industrial piping requirements.Different from submerged valves installed inside air cylinders and right-angle valves for vertical pipeline transition,this straight-type valve features 180°inlet and outlet alignment,enabling direct inline pipeline installation.It is extremely suitable for conventional external piping layout of air storage cylinders,with simple installation,convenient disassembly and daily maintenance.The valve operates stably under a working pressure of 0.3–0.7 MPa and adapts to ambient temperatures from-10℃to 85℃,perfectly matching the conventional working conditions of most industrial dust removal workshops.Its standardized size and versatile compatibility make it a universal replacement part for most mainstream baghouse dust collectors.
