Solenoid Pulse Valve

The solenoid pulse valve is an electrically controlled diaphragm valve,the core blowing component of pulse baghouse dust collectors.Triggered by electric pulse signals,it instantly releases compressed air to generate powerful jet airflow,removing dust buildup on filter bags and filter cartridges.In global industrial market,it is interchangeably named electromagnetic pulse valve and pulse jet valve.

Working Principle

In standby condition,compressed air fills the valve’s inlet and back chamber.When the pulse controller transmits an electric signal,the solenoid pilot activates and opens the exhaust orifice.Pressure in the back chamber drops sharply.Formed pressure difference lifts the main diaphragm,large‑volume compressed air surges into the blow tube for dust cleaning.

When the electric pulse signal terminates,the solenoid pilot resets.Pressure rebuilds inside the back chamber,the main diaphragm seals the valve port,and one complete injection cycle finishes.
