A pulse jet valve is a key core component of pulse‑jet dust collector systems,also known as diaphragm valve.It is controlled by a solenoid pilot signal to instantly release compressed air,generating powerful shock airflow to clean dust attached to filter bags or filter cartridges.It plays an irreplaceable role in baghouse dust removal equipment.

Main Working Principle

When receiving an electrical signal from the pulse controller,the solenoid pilot opens to release pressure from the diaphragm back‑chamber.The pressure difference pushes the main diaphragm open,and high‑pressure compressed air jets into the blow pipe instantly.After the signal disappears,the pilot valve closes,pressure rebuilds behind the diaphragm,and the valve closes rapidly to finish one cleaning cycle.Short‑time high‑pressure air impulse realizes effective dust cleaning for filter elements.
