The entire working process of the pulse jet diaphragm valve relies on pressure difference changes and flexible diaphragm movement,featuring pure pneumatic assistance and millisecond-level rapid response.In standby operation,the solenoid pilot valve remains closed,and clean compressed air fills both the front air chamber and rear back chamber of the valve body.Under balanced pressure,the high-elasticity diaphragm closely fits the valve seat to maintain a fully sealed closed state,preventing air leakage and ensuring no invalid air consumption.When the pulse controller outputs an electrical signal,the solenoid coil is instantly energized to open the pilot exhaust hole.The pressure in the diaphragm back chamber releases rapidly,forming a sharp pressure difference between the front and rear chambers.This pressure difference pushes the diaphragm to open quickly,allowing massive high-pressure compressed air to surge into the blowpipe and form a powerful turbulent jet airflow to blow off dust accumulated on filter bags or filter cartridges.Once the electrical signal disappears,the pilot valve resets and closes the exhaust hole,air pressure refills the back chamber,and the diaphragm automatically resets to seal the valve port,completing a complete pulse cleaning cycle within dozens of milliseconds.
