Electromagnetic pulse valve

Electromagnetic pulse valve is an important control component for pulse bag dust collectors.It converts electrical signals into compressed‑air impulse action.As the actuating element of the dust‑removal blowing system,it sprays instantaneous high‑pressure airflow to remove dust accumulated on filter bags and filter cartridges,ensuring stable operation of dust‑collecting equipment.It is also commonly called solenoid pulse valve,pulse jet valve.

Working Principle

Under normal status,compressed air fills both the front chamber and back chamber of the valve.When the pulse controller sends an electrical signal,the electromagnetic pilot coil acts,opening the small relief orifice.Air pressure in the back chamber drops rapidly.The pressure difference pushes the main diaphragm open,and compressed air jets out for ash cleaning.Once the electric signal cuts off,the pilot valve resets.Pressure rebuilds in the back chamber,the diaphragm presses against the valve seat,and the valve closes to complete one pulse blowing process.
