Diaphragm Pulse Valve

Diaphragm pulse valve is a diaphragm‑actuated pulse blowing valve for industrial dust‑collection systems.The diaphragm serves as the core sealing and switching element.Driven by compressed‑air pressure difference and solenoid pilot control,it produces instantaneous high‑pressure air jet to clean filter bags and filter cartridges of baghouse dust collectors.It is also known as pulse jet valve,solenoid pulse valve and electromagnetic pulse valve in international trade.

Working Principle

Under normal standby state,compressed air fills the valve inlet and the back‑chamber behind the diaphragm.When the pilot solenoid receives an electric signal,the relief hole opens.Air in the back‑chamber discharges quickly,causing pressure drop.The pressure difference between inlet and back‑chamber lifts the diaphragm away from the valve seat.Massive compressed air sprays out for dust cleaning.

Once the electrical signal disappears,the pilot closes.Air pressure rebuilds in the back‑chamber,pressing the diaphragm tightly against the valve port.The valve shuts off and completes one full pulse injection cycle.The whole action depends entirely on the flexible diaphragm to realize opening and closing.
