A grinding dust removal platform integrates work surface,airflow capture channel,dust‑air separation unit and dust storage bin into one compact workstation,realizing on‑site dust suppression during grinding,polishing and deburring operations.Its dust‑capturing principle relies on organized negative‑pressure airflow rather than simple fan blowing.
When the platform’s built‑in fan starts,negative pressure forms across the entire working table surface.Most grinding‑generated coarse metal dust directly falls downward through the table’s mesh or slotted openings into the internal air duct under suction.Fine floating dust is pulled by surrounding negative airflow and drawn into the platform’s internal capture passages,preventing fine particulate from spreading into the workshop air.
