Small Baghouse Dust Collector
Small Baghouse Dust Collector is compact self‑contained pulse‑jet fabric‑filtration equipment built for low‑to‑medium airflow point‑source industrial dust control.Designed as a complete standalone unit,it integrates filter chamber, pulse‑cleaning manifold, filter bags, support cages and ash hopper within one compact steel housing. Many configurations are supplied with pre‑mounted exhaust fan and control module for quick on‑site startup. It adopts row‑by‑row online pulse‑jet cleaning and does not require complex multi‑compartment isolation structures. It targets dust‑generating points such as grinding, polishing, mixing, small crushing and material transfer.Well‑suited for workshops with limited floor space,it serves general manufacturing, small building‑material workshops, grain‑processing auxiliary production and chemical pilot‑plant dust‑removal applications.
Dust‑laden air enters the small baghouse dust collector through side or bottom inlet port.Internal baffles evenly distribute dusty airflow inside the filter chamber.Coarse heavy dust particles drop into the bottom ash hopper under gravity settling, reducing abrasive wear on filter‑bag outer surfaces.Fine particulates are trapped on the outer surface of filter felt and gradually build a porous dust cake, which further improves interception efficiency for fine‑sized particles.Clean air penetrates filter‑bag media and flows toward the outlet, exhausted by built‑in or external induced‑draft fan.As dust cake accumulates, system differential pressure rises to preset trigger value.Time‑based or pressure‑sensing controller activates automatic pulse‑jet cleaning cycles.Diaphragm pulse valves release instantaneous high‑pressure compressed‑air bursts to expand and vibrate filter bags, shaking off adhered dust cake.Dislodged dust falls into ash hopper for regular manual dumping or automatic rotary airlock discharge.Cleaning cycles run online without interrupting continuous dust‑collection operation.
This small‑scale unit supports practical configurable options for general‑purpose industrial conditions.Standard polyester needle‑felt filter bags work for normal‑temperature dry dust below 130°C.PPS,Nomex and PTFE‑membrane filter bags are available as upgrades for medium‑temperature, high‑humidity or slightly corrosive process gas.Matching metal filter cages maintain filter‑bag round shape and prevent collapse under repeated pulse shocks.Compact pulse‑valve groups and air manifolds are pre‑installed inside the cabinet.Operators can adjust pulse interval and blow duration according to actual dust concentration. The welded steel housing is finished with anti‑corrosion paint.Quick‑open inspection doors simplify filter‑bag replacement and routine maintenance.Optional accessories include integrated fan assembly, explosion‑relief panels, spark arrestors and thermal‑insulation cladding for hazardous‑dust working conditions.
Compared with large multi‑compartment industrial baghouses,Small Baghouse Dust Collector delivers distinct advantages for decentralized small‑capacity dust‑control demands.Compact footprint occupies minimal workshop floor area. Most units are fully pre‑assembled before shipment, greatly cutting on‑site installation work and commissioning time.Simplified internal structure reduces spare‑part varieties and lowers initial procurement investment.Automatic pulse‑jet cleaning reduces manual daily maintenance workload. When higher total airflow capacity is required, multiple small baghouse dust collectors can operate in parallel, offering flexible layout for production‑line renovation and capacity expansion.
Standard routine maintenance helps extend equipment service life and stabilize operating performance.Select filter‑bag material strictly according to flue‑gas temperature, humidity and chemical composition.Avoid dew‑point condensation inside cabinet, which is the leading cause of filter‑bag blinding and premature failure.Ensure compressed‑air supply remains dry and oil‑free to guarantee reliable pulse‑jet blowing.Monitor differential‑pressure variation as early‑warning signal for filter clogging or bag damage.Periodically open access doors to inspect filter bags, cages and pulse‑valve working status.Clear ash hopper dust accumulation on schedule to prevent dust bridging and airflow blockage.Equip anti‑static filter bags and certified safety assemblies when handling combustible dust.
Small Baghouse Dust Collectors are widely applied for grinding‑polishing dedusting, small‑scale crushing‑screening dust control, building‑material processing, grain‑and‑feed auxiliary production, chemical pilot‑plant processing and general‑workshop local dust‑removal projects. As practical compact fabric‑filtration equipment,it combines small footprint, easy installation and automatic pulse‑jet cleaning performance. It provides economical point‑source particulate‑control solutions for small‑and‑medium‑size industrial production sites.
