Polluted exhaust gas first goes through pre‑treatment filters to intercept dust,oil mist and granular impurities,avoiding catalyst clogging and poisoning.The filtered gas is pre‑heated to catalyst light‑off temperature(200‑400°C).Upon flowing through the catalytic bed,organic pollutants undergo low‑temperature oxidation reaction.Heat generated by the reaction is recovered via heat exchanger to pre‑heat incoming waste gas,minimizing auxiliary fuel consumption.
