Catalytic Combustion Equipment,also known as catalytic oxidizer(CO),is a mainstream industrial waste‑gas treatment facility for eliminating Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs).It applies catalytic combustion technology to oxidize organic pollutants under low‑temperature conditions without open flame.

Contaminated waste gas is pre‑heated to the catalyst light‑off temperature.When passing through the catalytic module,organic substances react with oxygen on the catalyst surface,and are decomposed into carbon dioxide and water vapor,releasing reaction heat simultaneously.The normal working temperature ranges from 200°C to 400°C,much lower than direct thermal combustion.Waste heat from purified exhaust can be recycled to heat incoming raw gas,greatly reducing fuel consumption and operating cost.

The equipment mainly consists of pre‑treatment filter section,heat exchanger,heating chamber,catalyst bed,temperature and pressure monitoring unit,as well as safety protection assemblies.Pre‑filtration is essential to remove dust and oil mist,preventing catalyst clogging and poisoning.Substances containing sulfur,phosphorus,halogens and heavy metals should be excluded from the gas stream,as these components will deactivate the catalyst.
