Single Unit Baghouse Dust Collector is an integrated all‑in‑one pulse‑jet fabric‑filtration dust‑removal machine assembled within a single unified steel housing.Unlike multi‑compartment baghouses divided by internal partition walls,this single‑unit design combines filter chamber,pulse cleaning manifold,filter bags,support cages and ash hopper into one monolithic cabinet.Many versions are fitted with factory‑pre‑mounted induced‑draft fan and control box for fast field commissioning.It adopts row‑by‑row online pulse‑jet cleaning without complex damper‑driven offline isolation systems.Mainly used for point‑source dust capture at grinding stations,mixing points,small crushing and material transfer positions,it is well‑suited for space‑limited workshops and technical‑renovation projects.It finds wide application in general manufacturing,building‑material workshops,grain‑processing auxiliary lines and chemical auxiliary production dust‑control scenarios.
