Single Baghouse Dust Collector
Single Baghouse Dust Collector is integrated pulse‑jet fabric‑filtration dust‑collection equipment housed inside one single undivided steel cabinet.Without internal partition walls to create multiple separate chambers, all filter bags, pulse cleaning components and airflow passages are contained within this single baghouse body. Many models come with pre‑installed induced‑draft fan and control box for fast on‑site setup. It adopts row‑by‑row online pulse‑jet cleaning and requires no complicated offline damper systems.Designed for point‑source dust generation points such as grinding, polishing, mixing, small crushing and material transfer,it fits workshops with limited installation space and production‑line retrofit projects. It serves general manufacturing, building‑material workshops, grain‑processing auxiliary lines and chemical auxiliary dust‑removal applications.
Dust‑laden air enters the single baghouse dust collector via side or bottom inlet port.Internal baffles evenly distribute dusty airflow throughout the single‑chamber cabinet.Coarse heavy dust particles settle by gravity into the bottom ash hopper, lowering abrasive wear on filter‑bag outer surfaces.Fine particulates are captured on filter felt and gradually build a permeable dust cake, which further improves filtration efficiency for fine particles.Clean air passes through filter‑bag media and flows toward the outlet, exhausted by built‑in or external induced‑draft fan.As dust cake accumulates, system differential pressure rises to preset trigger value.Time‑based or pressure‑driven controller activates automatic pulse‑jet cleaning cycles.Diaphragm pulse valves release momentary high‑pressure compressed‑air bursts to expand and vibrate filter bags, shaking off adhered dust cake.Dislodged dust falls into ash hopper for regular manual dumping or automatic rotary airlock discharge.Cleaning operates online without interrupting continuous dust‑collection performance.
This single‑chamber unit supports flexible configurable options for general‑purpose industrial conditions.Standard polyester needle‑felt filter bags apply to normal‑temperature dry dust below 130°C.PPS,Nomex and PTFE‑membrane filter bags are optional upgrades for medium‑temperature, high‑humidity or slightly corrosive process gas.Heavy‑duty metal filter cages maintain filter‑bag circular shape and prevent collapse under repeated pulse shocks.Compact pulse‑valve groups and air manifolds are pre‑mounted inside the cabinet.Operators can adjust pulse interval and blow duration based on real‑site dust concentration.Welded steel housing is finished with anti‑corrosive paint.Quick‑open access doors simplify inspection and filter‑bag replacement.Optional accessories include integrated fan unit, explosion‑relief panels, spark arrestors and thermal‑insulation cladding for hazardous‑dust working environments.
Compared with large multi‑chamber partition‑type baghouses,Single Baghouse Dust Collector delivers obvious strengths for decentralized point‑source dust‑control demands.Undivided single‑body structure greatly reduces on‑site assembly and welding workload. Most units are fully pre‑assembled before shipment, shortening installation and commissioning cycles.Simplified internal layout cuts spare‑part varieties and lowers initial investment cost.Reliable online pulse‑jet cleaning maintains stable performance under medium dust‑load conditions. When higher total air‑handling capacity is required, multiple single baghouse dust collectors can run in parallel, providing flexible layout options for production‑line renovation and capacity expansion.
Standard routine maintenance extends equipment service life and stabilizes operation.Select filter‑bag material strictly according to flue‑gas temperature, humidity and chemical composition.Avoid dew‑point condensation inside cabinet, which is the main cause of filter‑bag blinding and premature failure.Ensure compressed‑air supply stays dry and oil‑free to guarantee effective pulse‑jet blowing.Monitor differential‑pressure variation as early‑warning signal for filter clogging or bag damage.Periodically open access doors to inspect filter bags, cages and pulse‑valve working conditions.Clear ash hopper dust accumulation on schedule to prevent dust bridging and airflow blockage.Equip anti‑static filter bags and certified safety assemblies for combustible‑dust processes.
Single Baghouse Dust Collectors are widely deployed for grinding‑polishing dedusting, small‑scale crushing‑screening dust control, building‑material processing, grain‑and‑feed auxiliary production, chemical raw‑material handling and space‑restricted workshop local dust‑removal projects. As practical integrated fabric‑filtration equipment,it combines single undivided cabinet design, easy installation and automatic pulse‑jet cleaning performance. It provides economical point‑source particulate‑control solutions for small‑and‑medium‑size industrial production sites.
