Offline Cleaning Baghouse is compartment‑divided pulse‑jet fabric filtration equipment engineered for heavy‑load,high‑concentration and moderately sticky dust conditions.Unlike online‑cleaning baghouses that perform pulse blowing while filter bags remain exposed to ongoing dust‑laden airflow,this unit is split into multiple independent filter compartments fitted with poppet isolation dampers.Before cleaning starts for one compartment,its damper closes to cut off incoming flue gas,so pulse‑jet cleaning proceeds under static gas conditions.This static‑mode cleaning minimizes secondary dust re‑adhesion back onto filter media.It delivers consistent low system resistance and extended filter service life,widely preferred for cement milling,foundry fume,mineral crushing,asphalt mixing and other processes generating heavy dust‑laden exhaust.
