Modular Baghouse Dust Collector is a pre‑engineered,bolt‑together pulse‑jet fabric filtration system built from standardized independent filter modules.Unlike conventional monolithic baghouses fabricated as one large welded unit,this system assembles multiple identical filter modules on‑site to match required airflow capacity.It supports both online pulse‑jet cleaning and offline compartment‑isolated cleaning modes.Designed for flexible project execution,it fits new plant construction,production‑line expansion and old‑equipment retrofit projects where heavy oversized components cannot be transported or lifted easily.It is widely selected for mineral processing,building‑material plants,chemical production,asphalt mixing and bulk‑material handling facilities with variable or growing flue‑gas volumes.

Dust‑laden flue gas enters the shared inlet manifold and distributes evenly across assembled filter modules.Coarse heavy particles drop into integrated ash hoppers by gravity settling to reduce abrasive impact on filter bags.Fine particulates are trapped on the outer surface of filter‑bag fabric;purified air passes through filter media and flows into the common clean‑gas plenum for fan exhaust.As dust cake accumulates,system differential pressure rises to preset threshold.The PLC control unit triggers automatic pulse‑jet cleaning sequences for each module either online or with poppet dampers for offline static cleaning.Dislodged dust falls down into hoppers for regular discharge.Modules operate cooperatively;cleaning takes place module‑by‑module without interrupting overall system filtration and plant production.
